How Zohran Mamdani and WEAll Are Dissolving the Nation-State
Balkanizing the West into Blockchain-Managed Enclaves
In July 2025, the Wellbeing Economy Alliance (WEAll) published a glowing feature article by Daniel Wortel-London titled "Zohran Mamdani and the Economic Transformation of New York City." Praising the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) candidate's win in the New York City mayoral primary, the piece frames Mamdani's campaign as a populist resurgence.
But beneath the progressive aesthetics and social justice rhetoric lies something far more calculated: a technocratic, globalist plan to dismantle the nation-state and replace it with gamified, SDG-compliant, blockchain-governed archipelagos.
“Make the city livable again” ?
Hegelian dialectic being played on the masses:
Problem: Manufactured crisis – hyper-gentrification, unaffordable housing, declining wages, privatized commons.
Reaction: Public outrage and desperation, especially among working-class and immigrant communities.
Solution: Enter Zohran and the Wellbeing Economy Alliance with a shiny “community wealth building” fix, fully prepackaged, SDG-aligned, and blockchain-compliant.
The irony is thick: the very same technocratic interests and globalist developers that gutted New York’s neighborhoods are now trotting out actors like Mamdani to present controlled opposition narratives wrapped in “justice” and “equity.” But what they’re really selling is:
Permanent dependency on state-administered wealth redistribution schemes
Municipal socialism with digital oversight mechanisms
Smart city compliance zones masquerading as empowerment
Zohran’s slogan “make the city livable again” is the velvet glove of managed decline.
These policies don’t restore the city to its people; they corral the people into digitized “communes” governed by NGO technocrats and ESG-aligned credit systems.
You know this isn’t grassroots reform, it’s pre-scripted crisis governance.
And it’s even more diabolical than this.
The Wellbeing Economy Alliance is not merely a think tank or advocacy group; it is an umbrella network of SDG-aligned entities working to redefine the purpose of government and economics worldwide. Officially launched in 2018, WEAll brings together NGOs, academics, policy-makers, and international organizations committed to replacing GDP-driven economic systems with a "wellbeing" paradigm. At face value, this sounds noble. But behind the vague language of fairness and flourishing lies the architecture of technocracy and behavioral control.
WEAll is a central player in promoting post-growth economics, degrowth ideology, community wealth building, public banking, and stakeholder capitalism(Sovietism). Their goal is not to reform capitalism, but to subvert it entirely. Under the guise of equity and sustainability, they seek to reorganize society around collectivist principles using frameworks drawn from UN Agenda 2030, the Club of Rome's Degrowth agenda, and stakeholder governance systems.
WEAll did not emerge in a vacuum. Its core ideological and operational framework is the modern implementation of goals established decades earlier:
In 1972, the Club of Rome's Limits to Growth laid the blueprint for global degrowth strategies.
In 1992, the UN's Agenda 21 and later Agenda 2030 codified those strategies into actionable global policy.
In 2018, WEAll became the operational convergence point for these ideas, embedding them into local governance and fiscal policy worldwide.
WEAll receives support from the Scottish Government, OECD, and various WEF-aligned partners. Its network is financially and ideologically interwoven with major globalist institutions. This is not activism. It is architecture.1
What They Just Published: The Zohran Mamdani Feature
In their July 24 newsletter, WEAll published a detailed piece by Bard College professor Daniel Wortel-London celebrating Zohran Mamdani’s primary win in NYC. The article identifies Mamdani’s victory as a breakthrough moment for Community Wealth Building (CWB)—a euphemism for municipal socialism and de-privatized economics. It goes on to suggest that his administration could serve as the prototype for economic transformation through public ownership, cooperative enterprise, public banking, and the redistribution of resources via local governance.
Wortel-London identifies NYC's existing web of worker cooperatives, Community Land Trusts (CLTs), and alternative finance networks (CDFIs) as the fertile ground for this transformation. He praises Mamdani’s plan for municipally owned grocery stores, free public transit, and localist economic control through procurement policy and public banking. It is a strategy to weaponize affordability to usher in collectivism.
But the article doesn't stop there. It connects Mamdani's DSA-powered base to a broader movement: global economic democracy, behavioral equity, and digital compliance. It pushes for a New York City public bank as a fiscal lever to rewire economic flows from Wall Street to SDG-aligned projects. The essay frames CWB as the engine to mainstream post-capitalist governance models.

WEAll and its partners promote this shift using the language of SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequality), and SDG 17 (Global Partnerships), embedding global metrics into local political structures. This is Agenda 2030 municipalized.
This Is Not Organic: It’s Orchestrated Balkanization
The elevation of Mamdani is no accident. It is a critical step in what I have called the "Archipelago Trap": the deliberate balkanization of the West into decentralized yet hyper-regulated digital enclaves. As I argue in How Blockchain, Balkanization, and SDG Compliance Will Replace the Nation-State, the collapse of national sovereignty is not merely a byproduct of cultural decay or political failure, it is an engineered strategy to make way for a new global operating system.
The pattern is clear:
Collapse centralized governance through manufactured crisis
Incite populist or grassroots calls for "local control"
Capture these local movements with SDG-compliant governance models
Implement blockchain-based SSI systems and public banking infrastructure
Reward compliant populations and digitally erase dissenters
This is precisely how reflexive law functions: instead of imposing direct legal authority, it incentivizes compliance through behavioral regulation. In this model, your ability to participate economically hinges not on your citizenship or legal standing, but on your conformity to policy goals encoded in funding, partnerships, and access permissions.
This is exactly what the WEAll article is celebrating. NYC becomes a petri dish for the next phase of global control: municipal governance tied to global compliance metrics, operating under the illusion of autonomy. The city is no longer just a city, it becomes a node in the behavioral internet of things, governed not by elected national policy, but by technocratic coordination and digital identity checkpoints.
SEEN & HEARD
The 2025 joint conference of the International Degrowth Movement and the International Society for Ecological Economics (ISEE), held in Oslo this June, confirms that the transition from nation-state governance to SDG-aligned, blockchain-managed localism is not theoretical, it is well underway.
The event’s theme,
“Building socially just post-growth futures — linking theory and action,”
made clear that degrowth is no longer confined to academic circles; it is a global policy blueprint.
With over 900 participants, activists, economists, and civil society architects, the conference advanced strategies to dismantle traditional economic models and replace them with regionalized systems of behavioral compliance, mirroring the very Community Wealth Building and public banking structures now celebrated in New York City. These aren’t isolated innovations, they’re synchronized deployments of a planetary operating system that rewards conformity and filters out resistance.
What happened in Oslo is proof: the balkanization of the West is not accidental. It is designed, funded, and accelerating.
How Blockchain, Balkanization, and SDG Compliance Will Replace the Nation-State
Willi Münzenberg and his Frankfurt School heirs planned to rot the West from within. The goal? Collapse the West. Balkanize it. Dismantle the nation-state. Rebuild it as a blockchain-compliant panopticon. We see the trap.
The End of the Nation-State, The Rise of the Archipelago
The plan is not borderless utopia. It is segmented dystopia. Each smart city or autonomous region becomes an island of managed compliance, where identity is digital, currency is programmable, and access to food, housing, and work is contingent on SDG behavioral conformity. The old nation-state is painted as the problem. The "solution" is a thousand digital communes, all surveilled, scored, and controlled.
This is eugenics by design. Biblical Christians who reject Gaian values, gender ideology, or technocratic allegiance will be locked out. There will be no need for gulags. Non-compliant citizens will simply not be able to transact. The Beast system doesn’t need to punish everyone, only to filter out the undesirables.
Spiritual Exile and the Illusion of Freedom
As I wrote in my exposé:
"We will not trade the cross of Christ for a digital carrot on a behavioral stick."
This is spiritual exile by data. The faithful will be erased not by decree, but by default.
This is not just totalitarianism. It is technolatry: the worship of optimization, efficiency, and control (Rom. 1:25). Jacques Ellul warned of the "technical attitude" where every human value is subordinated to operational logic. The new digital communes are not just economic traps; they are liturgical prisons where conformity becomes righteousness.
Controlled Opposition and False Decentralization
A final warning: many liberty-minded advocates of crypto and blockchain communities are unknowingly laying the infrastructure for this system. They speak of freedom, sovereignty, and decentralization. But they fail to see that blockchain is a tool, not a virtue. In the hands of the UN, WEF, and WEAll, it becomes a cage with programmable walls.
Beware of tokenized identities, smart contract citizenship, and gamified governance. These are not alternatives. They are refinements.
How Self-Sovereign Identity and Decentralization Are Tools of Global Enslavement
To faithful Christians and liberty-minded individuals: You are being lured into a digital prison disguised as freedom.
The Archipelago Trap
The true border of the future is not geographic. It is ideological and biometric.
The compliant will be granted access.
The faithful will be excluded.
This is not fearmongering. It is watchman-level warning (Ezek. 33:6).
The Wellbeing Economy Alliance, like the Club of Rome before it, is not offering reform. It’s the slow-mo Great Reset collapse. And Mamdani, whether he knows it or not, is their tool.
This is the digital Tower of Babel, rebuilt one "community wallet" and "public benefit score" at a time.
They promise you liberation from the very monsters they themselves conjure-climate collapse, supposed fascists, misinformation, inequality, pandemics, and poverty, only to trap you in a digital prison once you accept their “solution.”
The blockchain system is sold as your ticket to freedom, autonomy, and justice, but it’s a bait-and-switch: a decentralized façade masking total surveillance, behavior control, and programmable exclusion.
Once you’re inside, signed up, verified, walleted, scored- there’s no way out. Your access to services, participation in society, and even your identity are now conditional, tethered to ever-evolving compliance metrics. This isn’t emancipation, it’s enslavement by code.
Understand what's happening before the door closes behind you.
Angel of Light? How Equality and Equity Mask the War on God’s Order
We all see it. In our moment, the establishment wields equality and equity like virtuous buzzwords and moral bludgeons used to shame, silence, and ultimately dismantle the God-given distinctions that hold civilization together.
Man Will Not Unify The Earth, God Will Remake It.
A central warning from the Lord Himself. The first and most prominent sign of the end, according to Jesus, is not war, famine, or plague- but massive global deception.
Zohran Mamdani’s New York
With ~67% of NYC’s 5.1 million registered voters locked in as Democrats and over half the city’s electorate now made up of Gen Z and Millennials shaped by decades of progressive indoctrination, Zohran Mamdani’s radical Marxist candidacy isn’t a fringe upset, it’s the logical outcome. In a city where Republicans hold barely 10% of the vote and the real c…
Zohran Mamdani = IslamoCommunism Operation
New York’s radical threat is on full display - Zohran Mamdani, the communist candidate now poised to challenge Eric Adams was filmed at the Jamaica Muslim Center’s Eid al-Fitr event leading a loud chant: “Free, Free Palestine.”

Although the Wellbeing Economy Governments (WEGo) partnership formally includes just five national governments: Scotland, Finland, Iceland, Wales, and New Zealand- Canada is sometimes listed as an active participant, though not officially a member. Still, the real power of the Wellbeing Economy Alliance lies in its expansive transnational network. Through hundreds of NGOs, policy hubs, academic centers, and advocacy groups, WEAll embeds SDG-aligned behavioral frameworks into local governance systems across the globe. While its top-level political footprint appears narrow, its influence is widespread, coordinated, and strategically designed to reengineer governance from the ground up.
